Hi, my name is Mark Dickens. I am the owner operator of Concrete Concepts, a Central Otago based business. I have 24 years of experience in the flooring and concrete industry gaining a wide range of knowledge and skills around concrete grinding and polishing, concrete resurfacing, concrete coatings and other flooring related options. From old to new and everything in between.

I regularly attend training courses to further my knowledge and keep up with the latest tech in the industry.

I am an approved applicator for Perma Colour, approved Warm Floor Installer and licensed to install multiple brands of waterproofing membranes.

I live at Lake Hawea with my wife and our son. We all love the lifestyle that living in such a beautiful part of the country provides and we all enjoy getting out and about on the weekends to soak up all the great activities that Central Otago has available.
